Ecovadis Gold Medal
Each year, EcoVadis, the World's Most Trusted Business Sustainability Ratings, evaluates MAPA SAS on 4 themes :Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.
In 2023, our performance has improved and MAPA SAS is now in the top 3% of companies rated by EcoVadis in the Manufacture of rubber products industry (> 500 industries rated)!
New certifications ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
We are making great progress towards our aim of getting all our factories ISO 45001 and 14001 certified by 2025.
3 new European factories have just obtained their ISO 45001 certification (Occupational Health & safety management systems) in the last couple of months, meaning 50% of our factories are now certified ! And 2 of these factories pulled off a double achievement by also earning the ISO 14001 certification (60% of factories certified so far).
Mapa-Spontex is part of Newell Brands. The "Our Caring Actions" initiative, although specific to our businesses, is part of the Group's Corporate Social Responsibility approach.
